"Karaage" is a Japanese traditional dish that all Japanese loves. Deep fried chicken marinated with soy sauce is the general style of "Karaage" in Japan. But each house has there own recipe, and we give our "Karatto Hakone" style. We deep-fry the chicken, marinated with white wine and our special herb. And with cream cheese and fresh tomato to eat together.

Great little place near lake Ashi. When we arrived there was a small queue and waiting was worth it!We had the chicken nuggets and they were very tasty. Excellent price quality ratio. Give it a try!

Tasty chicken karaage. The restaurant only serves one meal - a plate of chicken with soup, salad and a drink. There's Guinness:-)

Perfect karate, they have a nice take on the popular dish. Their set menu (which is a great price) comes with a drink so I had a Guinness! The food came out rather quickly and the whole set of food was very satisfying. Cozy spot that had a fireplace that warmed us up after snow started to come down!
